Like Mother, Like Daughter: Celebrity Kids Who Look Exactly Like Their Moms

On this year’s Mother’s Day, let’s celebrate the beauty of our moms and thank them for sharing their gorgeous genes with us. To prove how mothers greatly influence our character, including our physical character, let’s take a look at some of Hollywood’s famous kids with their beloved moms.

  1. Ava Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon

There’s no denying that 15-year old Ava got her sweet, girl-next-door look from mom Reese. Ava may have died her blonde hair blue in this pic, but her eyes, nose, smile—basically everything—show’s that she is her mother’s girl.

  1. Grace and Mamie Gummer and Meryl Streep

If Meryl was a babe, then her daughters Grace and Mamie are babes of today’s generation, too. If only we could time travel, they can certainly pass as triplets.

  1. Selena Gomez and Mandy Teefey

Those mesmerizing eyes and oozing sex appeal! Selena herself brags about her inherited genes, posting this to her Instagram with “#igetitfrommymomma” caption.

  1. Lupita Ngong’o and Dorothy Nyong’o

Nyong’os certainly have those expressive eyes and bright smile as what this photo from the star’s Instagram shows. Captioning this with “Like mother (1983), like daughter (2015),” Lupita showed off how she and her beautiful mom almost look like twins.

  1. Jessica Alba and Her Grandmother

This isn’t technically a mother-daughter tandem, but it’s just too obvious not to notice Jessica Alba’s resemblance to her paternal grandmom. Look at their eyes and nose—and the jawline!

  1. Suri Cruise and Katie Holmes

Suri is almost as famous as her mom Katie. This little seven-year old girl did not only inherit her Hollywood mom’s pretty face, but also got her killer fashion taste.

  1. Dakota Johnson and Melanie Griffith

Like mom, like daughter, Dakota is growing up with a more sophisticated beauty just like her mom Melanie.

  1. Valentina Pinault and Salma Hayek

Valentina may only be five years old, but when this little cutie grows up, she’s also going to be an international sweetheart just like her gorgeous mom Salma Hayek.

How about you? What characteristic have you inherit from your mom? May it be the hair, the stance, the face, or the talent, thank your mom and let your gratitude be felt.
